No one’s rental operation is the same as it was when we left Orlando last February and we worked hard to make sure this year’s education acknowledges how things have changed.

A lot has happened in the last year and we know so many rental operators spent 2020 learning new ways of doing business to meet customer needs and increase efficiency. Our team spent time learning, too. Our biggest takeaway? We learned how to optimize our online training by listening to feedback and putting ourselves in our members’ shoes to understand their Rental U experiences.

When we initially launched the ARA Clean. Safe. Essential. program in the Spring of 2020, we knew that COVID was an entry point for the program and that it would evolve to be much broader than a pandemic response tool. For 2021, we are turning our attention to another safety initiative as we highlight the risks associated with driving.

Last year, the abundance of “whys” caused us to step back and rethink how we approach our training programs and educational opportunities for members. This led us to the creation of the new Box Truck Training.
