The Future of Clean. Safe. Essential. is National Awareness

The equipment and event rental industry is taking another significant step as we launch our national awareness campaign. This is an effort to tell our story to people who like to get things done. The messaging is also aimed at job seekers who are looking for a rewarding career by joining a community of professionals that are like no other I have come across. Rental people are problem solvers that support their communities, care for their employees, and serve their customers with pride. Rental stores are solution centers that provide the tools and knowledge you need to tackle projects of all sizes. Whether you are building an office building or installing the backyard garden of your dreams, rental stores have the essential tools and knowledge to get it done safely and efficiently. And if you are planning a memorable event see your local event rental store for everything from tents to portable restrooms.  Your fundraiser or elegant wedding will be better than you ever dreamed it could be. The rental concept is not new but many people are not aware of what you can rent and how much you can accomplish with the right training and support. Getting things done often requires heavy materials and powerful equipment so rest easy knowing that rental stores prioritize safety with every transaction.  Equipment familiarization training is provided when customers rent a new piece of equipment and evacuation plans are developed and communicated to customers of outdoor tented events in the case of inclement weather. While these are standard practices we took it to a new level last year when we highlighted the industry’s COVID response efforts under the banner of the ARA CSE (Clean. Safe. Essential.) program. This was our way of communicating that the rental industry is serious about health and safety.

When we initially launched the ARA Clean. Safe. Essential. program in the Spring of 2020, we knew that COVID was an entry point for the program and that it would evolve to be much broader than a pandemic response tool. For 2021, we are turning our attention to another safety initiative as we highlight the risks associated with driving. As more people get back on the road the risks increase for delivery drivers and outside sales staff that spend a lot of time behind the wheel. Simply put, CSE is the industry standard for the best safety practices and training. And through our national awareness campaign, we are elevating the rental industry by promoting rental as a sustainable model driving more customers to rent and more people to work in our dynamic community. There has never been a better time to be in rental!
