Six students from Region Three receive scholarships

Six students from Region Three were honored with scholarships from the ARA Foundation and its affiliate programs for the 2021-2022 school year. They, along with 31 other students, shared a total of $99,000 in scholarships that were awarded. 

Offer your congratulations to:

• Logan Thomas, Creative Solutions Special Events, Gastonia, N.C., who received the top award — the Leonard Hawk Founders Scholarship — for $5,000, the ARA Insurance Scholarship worth $4,000 and an ARA of North Carolina Scholarship worth $1,000 for a total of $10,000. 

• Jackson Turner, All Occasions Party Rentals, Knoxville, Tenn., who received an ARA of Tennessee Scholarship worth $1,000.

• Luke Veal, Beachview Event Rentals & Design, Brunswick, Ga., who received an ARA Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship worth $3,500.

• Ryan Wechsler, Atlas Event Rental, Boynton Beach, Fla., who received an ARA Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship worth $3,500 and an ARA of Florida Scholarship worth $1,000 for a total of $4,500.

• Elizabeth Ross Williams, Conway Rental Center, Conway, S.C., who received an ARA Foundation Trade School Scholarship worth $2,000.

• Megan Wood, JBT Power, Spanish Fort, Ala., who received an ARA of Alabama Scholarship worth $1,000.
