Shadow Lake Partners (SLP), a private equity firm based in Hillsborough, N.C., has partnered with the management team of Town & Country Event Rentals (T&C), Van Nuys, Calif., to complete a recapitalization of the business. T&C is a premier provider of event infrastructure and support services in Southern California.
Since its founding in 2005, T&C has cultivated a reputation as a marquis provider of event design, equipment rental, installation and other support services in the industry, the company says.
Tom Siciliano, CEO of T&C joined the company in early 2022 and will continue to lead the company and its 700-plus employees along with all of the current senior management team.
“We are delighted to be able to partner with the incredible cast of managers and employees at Town and Country as the firm prepares to make large investments in the best equipment, technology and design/engineering capabilities in the market,” said Devaunt LeClaire, managing partner at SLP.

In announcing his retirement from the management of the company and transition to service on the company’s board of directors, Richard LoGuercio, T&C founder, said, “I was determined to find the right group of people that would be a good fit to carry on the culture and legacy of Town and Country. SLP is eager to build upon our foundation with an emphasis on growth, improving operations and management.”
