Takeuchi Manufacturing (U.S.) recognized for lowest cost of ownership for compact excavators and track loaders

Takeuchi Manufacturing (U.S.), Atlanta, has been recognized as having the lowest cost of ownership in their machine categories by EquipmentWatch, Shawnee, Kan., a database and information provider for the construction and heavy equipment industries. Takeuchi received the Lowest Cost of Ownership award for compact excavators and compact track loaders. The compact excavator product line includes 14 machines and the compact track loader line includes five machines.

The awards are based on analysis of millions of data records to determine which model series retain the highest percentage of its original value and lowest five-year total cost of ownership. The winners were in the categories of 2021 Highest Retained Value Award and 2021 Lowest Cost of Ownership Award.
