  • CHANGE THE RULES TO GET THE JEWELS. Changes to environment, rules, constraints, speed, vantage point will change outcomes; You can't look in a new direction by looking harder in the same direction; Rituals & rewards fuel results. For this mindset, we'll practice the Borrowed Idea tool!
  • FALL SEVEN TIMES, STAND EIGHT. GRIT! Hustle, tenacity, constant experimentation, fail and learn fast; scrappy; doing more with less; street fighter mentality. For this mindset, we'll practice the SCAMPER tool!
