ARA does not guarantee assignment of choices listed; location request based on earned priority points. ARA will comply with request if not disruptive to overall floor layout.

The current floorplan is a draft, therefore when selecting booth choices please list your preferred locations. The size can be reconfigured if needed during booth assignment, 10x10's can be combined to make larger spaces. If your choices are not available, you will be placed in the best space available at time of assignment.

My company will offer a Show-Only Special available ONLY to those attending The ARA Show. ARA supports your program participation during the show on the website and show app. ARA does not ask for specifics of your special only that the special is available to attendees of the show.

Cost of Booth Space

		Corner Charge (applies to inline booths - NOT islands or peninsulas)
Associate Member	$29.50 per square foot	Associate Member	$200 per corner
Non-Member	$59.00 per square foot	Non-Member	$400 per corner

THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A DEPOSIT OF 30 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL COST OF SPACE RESERVED.

Deposit (30 percent) is nonrefundable after 9/8/2025
All outstanding balances for exhibit space due 9/22/2025
Payable in U.S. funds by check, money order or credit card.
All contracts received after 9/22/2025, must be accompanied by full payment for space reserved

Exhibit space contracts with unpaid balances on 11/3/2025, may be canceled by ARA with no refund due.
Booth space canceled (in whole or in part) after 9/8/2025, but before 11/3/2025 will be assessed a fee of 30 percent of the cost of such canceled booth space. No refunds will be made for canceled booth space (in whole or in part) after 11/3/2025.
