ARA Box Truck Training Program

This member-only educational program effectively covers all areas of a driver's daily responsibilities in the party and event rental industry. Topics covered include:

• Licensing and Regulations
• Vehicle Safety and Defensive Driving
• Delivery process including Site Evaluations, Loading, Unloading and Customer Communication
• Pickup and return process

It includes industry best practices and interactive instruction in various safety and customer service aspects of their job. After completing the five rental-specific courses participants receive a certificate of completion.

Individual licenses must be purchased and assigned to individuals in RentalU.

• Members insured with ARA Insurance receive an additional 10% discount.
