In addition, anyone at least 20 years old, have the capacity to read and understand English, and are physically and mentally able to operate a forklift is eligible to participate in ARA’s Forklift Train-the-Trainer program.
The program is made up of two portions – a self-paced, online portion (theory) and an in-person, hands-on portion.
Become an ARA Certified Forklift Trainer and gain the knowledge, tools, and credentials to train your employees and customers to safely operate both industrial and rough terrain forklifts.
Certification requires completion of both the online, self-paced theory coursework and an instructor-led practical training session.
Did you know your State Association can also be a host for these trainings? Check here for these opportunities. Don’t see a training event near you? Register to have an ARA instructor to host an in-person training at your facility.
