New COVID-19 resources available, webinar planned

The American Rental Association (ARA) is working hard to keep rental operators and manufacturers up to date on new information as it pertains to coronavirus (COVID-19) employment questions and to safe business practices. On Monday, Aug. 10, ARA is launching a Clean. Safe. Essential. training program specifically for member manufacturers and suppliers. The course includes information about employee communication, safety, hygiene, varied cleaning processes and more. The course includes downloadable information about screening employees, de-escalation tips for tough customers, and a calculator from the Department of Homeland Security that helps predict how long a virus can live on surfaces.
