In addition, the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has had a significant impact on the workplace and on the mentality of employees. As a result, there is both a national decline in the number of people who want a job, and a shift in the type of work people want to do and where they want to work.

Game-changing equipment rental certification programs are now available

The American Rental Association (ARA) has launched its inaugural ARA Certified programs, a series of certification programs covering essential training for mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) on both trainer and operator sides; and sales and service certification programs for those in the equipment rental segment.
