The ARA Show™ 2023 — held Feb. 11-15 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando — will kick off with two new education experiences. On Saturday, Feb. 11, Future of Equipment Rental is designed for those in the equipment rental industry and EventsU (formerly Events & Tents) will focus on topics of interest to those in the event rental industry.

Discover the 10 key forces transforming the construction industry, including business models shifting to subscription, connectivity leading to job-site transformation, a pathway toward autonomous machinery, and sensors improving efficiency and safety.
“Rental Fleet Breakout Session 1: Rental Fleet Management Panel” presented by Jake Adkins, Ahern Rentals; Brad Coverdale, Sunbelt Rentals; Wes Clark, Rocky Hill Equipment Rentals; and Rob Wilson, Stephenson’s Rental Services.
Rental companies and suppliers will present their perspectives on how rental companies will adapt their fleet to meet contractor and job-site needs in the future. Topics will include electrification, lifecycle management, fleet makeup and asset connectivity benefits.
3:15-4:15 p.m.
“Rental Operations Breakout Session 2: Future of Rental Operations Panel and Interactive Workshop” presented by Chad Wagner, A-1 Rent It; Kyle Clements, Quipli; Sara Feuling, AEM; and Josh Mosko, CES Power.
This panel will review the changes coming to construction job sites in more actionable detail. After the panel discussion, attendees will move to facilitated small-group discussions around key topics with the opportunity to discuss ideas, share best practices and network.
“Rental Fleet Breakout Session 2: Rental Fleet Management Workshop” presented by Brad Coverdale, Sunbelt Rentals; Rob Wilson, Stephenson’s Rental Services and Wes Clark, Rocky Hill Equipment Rentals.
This panel will provide key insights into modern fleet management practices and the benefits technology is bringing. Following the panel, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss ideas, share best practices and network in small group discussions, which will be facilitated around key topics focused on fleet management.
