Soon the equipment and event rental industry will join together for The ARA Show™ 2021 in Las Vegas. The show, scheduled for Oct. 17-20, will offer rental-specific education, exclusive deals and industry-leading networking events. It will all kick off with a full day of education sessions on Oct. 17, at Resorts World — a brand new Las Vegas property. There will be 16 rental-specific education sessions offered featuring professional speakers, industry experts and rental peers.
The sessions will be categorized into four tracks:
- Business management
- Leadership and culture
- Technology and human resources
- Event
A three-day trade show at the Las Vegas Convention Center will follow from Oct. 18-20. While exploring the show floor, which includes two levels of exhibit space as well as outdoor space, attendees can meet with the more than 600 exhibitors and find hundreds of exclusive Show-Only Specials. These specials could include pricing discounts, free shipping or other incentives.
There will be a variety of networking events throughout the show — offering something for everyone. These events will include an inspiring Keynote Session featuring Carey Lohrenz — the first female F-14 Tomcat fighter pilot in the U.S. Navy. Plus, attendees will have the opportunity to gather and celebrate the industry during ARA’s Oktoberfest ... Las Vegas Style! This event — held on Oct. 19 — will feature live music, beer tents with local Vegas brews, food trucks serving popular Sin City cuisine and Vegas-inspired entertainers.
