Those in the equipment and event rental community continued to support the educational and community-impacting programs of the ARA Foundation during the third quarter of 2022.
The support offered during this period allows the ARA Foundation to assist those in the industry through:
- Scholarships: More than $128,000 in scholarships for the 2023-2024 school year will be available to students pursuing industry-related careers.
- Employee Training Assistance: This financial assistance program allows rental operators to train employees without having to shoulder all the financial burden.
- Disaster Relief: Monetary grants are available to help rental businesses and their employees who have been seriously impacted by disasters like tornadoes, floods, hurricanes and fires.
- Community Impact projects: A combined effort of the ARA Foundation and The Toro Company Foundation, this program enables equipment and event rental businesses to participate in service projects to give back to their communities while raising the profile of rental locally.
- Mentoring: This program can help American Rental Association (ARA) members share knowledge, ideas and build a professional network.
