Those in the equipment and event rental community continued to support the educational and community-impacting programs of the ARA Foundation during the second quarter of 2022.
The support offered during this period allows the ARA Foundation to assist those in the industry through its:
Scholarship program: A total of $115,000 in scholarships were awarded to 39 students by the ARA Foundation and its affiliate programs for the 2022-2023 school year.
Employee Training Assistance Program: This financial assistance program allows rental operators to train employees without having to shoulder all the financial burden.
Disaster Relief: Monetary grants are available to help rental businesses and their employees who have been seriously impacted by disasters like tornadoes, floods, hurricanes and fires.
Community Impact program: A combined effort of the ARA Foundation and The Toro Company Foundation, this program enables equipment and event rental businesses to participate in service projects to give back to their communities while raising the profile of rental locally.
Mentoring Program: This program can help American Rental Association (ARA) members share knowledge, ideas and build a professional network.
