The vibrant desert locale of Scottsdale, Ariz., will serve as the host city for the next American Rental Association (ARA) Women in Rental and Young Professional Network (YPN) conferences, Nov. 29-30.
This time around, both conferences will be held on the same days in the same location — The Scott Resort & Spa — where combined receptions, meals and optional social activities around Scottsdale will facilitate a broader networking opportunity.
Attendees also will experience top speakers exclusive to their respective conferences, such as:
- Sara Frasca presenting “The 3 Core Mindsets of Innovation” workshop at the Women in Rental conference. Frasca brings a unique perspective as a female leader with corporate and startup experience. Her workshop will inspire and arm Women in Rental attendees with new, practical tools as well as a long list of fresh ideas to tackle problems and seize opportunities.
- Galen Emanuele as the guest speaker for the YPN conference. Emanuele, a highly sought-after international speaker with clients including Microsoft, Safeway and NASA, also is considered a world-class improviser, having taught and performed improv for many years and toured with the cast from “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” His session, “Transforming Impact: Next Level Leadership, Culture & Feedback,” will change the game for how YPN attendees show up as leaders and impact others.
The education sessions for both conferences are sponsored by the ARA Foundation.
Registration for both conferences opens Tuesday, Aug. 16. The $495 registration fee for the conference of your choice includes a two-night hotel stay at the Scott Resort & Spa, conference materials and swag, two interactive networking receptions, breakfast and lunch during the conference, optional Scottsdale exploration afternoon activity of your choice, education session and a unique opportunity to volunteer in the local community.
