The Certified Event Rental Professional (CERP) program is offered exclusively by ARA for event rental professionals. The program is available to all ARA members that have been employed at an event rental store for at least six months. Program overview

This redesigned 23-course program focuses on front-of-the-house topics: fundamentals of the industry, customer service, sales, tabletop, inventory, and marketing. Students must complete all 23 courses by successfully completing a quiz at the end of each course and passing with an 80%.

Recertification

To recertify, you will need to earn 35 professional credits within a 5-year timeframe, complete the application and pay the recertification fee. See specific instructions in the FAQ section of this page.
