The program is available to all ARA members that have been employed at an event rental store for at least six months.
Program overview
This redesigned 23-course program focuses on front-of-the-house topics: fundamentals of the industry, customer service, sales, tabletop, inventory, and marketing. Students must complete all 23 courses by successfully completing a quiz at the end of each course and passing with an 80%.

Recertification
To recertify, you will need to earn 35 professional credits within a 5-year timeframe, complete the application and pay the recertification fee. See specific instructions in the FAQ section of this page.
