• Purpose: Recognize leaders whose vision and leadership drove industry success and growth—nationally and internationally
• Recognition: New inductees honored at The ARA Show™

Who Can Be Nominated?

• Any individual connected to the equipment and event rental industry
• Must have made a significant, positive impact on the industry
• Evaluated on integrity, character, and long-term contributions

Who Cannot Be Nominated?

• Members of the Rental Hall of Fame Selection Committee
• Members of any ARA Board during the nomination or induction year
• Current or past ARA staff and staff of subsidiary organizations

Inductees should reflect the core principles of the Rental Hall of Fame. Nominations are scored on these criteria:

• Industry Leadership – Demonstrated vision and influence
• Industry Impact, Recognition & Achievements – Measurable contributions and accolades
• Ingenuity – Innovative ideas and solutions that advanced the industry
• Industry Stability – Efforts that strengthened long-term growth
• Personal Commitment – Dedication to the rental community and its success

Tip: Include commentary and supporting documentation that shows the depth and scope of the nominee’s contributions.

• Complete the entire form — incomplete applications will not be considered
• Include supporting documentation of achievements (e.g., articles, recommendation letters, honors)
• Upload all materials as one combined attachment

• Provide examples that demonstrate the criteria
• Make your nominee stand out with detailed, compelling information

• Qualified nominations are evaluated by the Rental Hall of Fame Selection Committee
• Committee is led by the ARA Board Chair
• Members include:
• ARA Board officers
• ARA past president representatives
• ARA staff

• Candidates are evaluated against Rental Hall of Fame criteria
• Committee decisions are ratified by the ARA Board of Directors
• Inductees are notified by the ARA Board Chair
• Nomination status is not shared with those who submitted nominations
• Public announcement occurs after inductees are confirmed and notified

• Hosted by: ARA Board Chair at The ARA Show™
• Nominators may be invited to participate in the presentation
• Inductees receive:
• Formal recognition at The ARA Show
• Feature in news releases and ARA publications
• Complimentary registration for inductee + one guest
• Round-trip airfare
• Hotel accommodations for nights before and after the ceremony
