The ARA Show returns to Orlando

The ARA Show™ will be back in Orlando, Feb. 11-15, 2023. During the show, those in the equipment and event rental industry will have the opportunity to attend unique, rental-specific education sessions, take part in numerous networking events and see the latest equipment from manufacturers during a three-day trade show.

It all kicks off Saturday, Feb. 11, with two brand-new education opportunities. On the equipment side, The Future of Equipment Rental will include education sessions featuring industry experts who will cover best practices, technologies and innovative ideas to propel your business forward. Those on the event side have enjoyed Events & Tents in the past but new for 2023 is EventsU. This event-specific education program will include sessions led by nationally known experts and industry veterans.

The following day, show attendees can take part in a full day of education sessions covering a variety of topics. The day will include four education tracks to choose from:

Learn and Lead Track

Connect and Collaborate Track

Empower and Engage Track

Plan and Strategize Track

These sessions are designed for everyone in the industry from newcomers to industry veterans.

On Monday, Feb. 13, the keynote session — sponsored by ARA Insurance and presented by Daymond John, CEO and founder of FUBU, a global lifestyle brand, and star of ABC’s “Shark Tank” — will lead into the first day of the trade show. The show floor will open following the keynote. There, attendees can find the newest equipment from hundreds of exhibitors.

Throughout the show, attendees will have the chance to meet others in the industry and make connections during several networking events.

Registration opens Oct. 18. Details can be found at ARAshow.org. For the latest show news, find The ARA Show on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Show off your events

During EventsU and The ARA Show™, event rental attendees will have the opportunity to have an event showcased in the Inspiration Gallery. The gallery will highlight how companies have overcome challenges to create a successful event. These challenges could include bad weather, difficult locations, demands for elaborate custom work and much more.

Select events will be showcased in a digital gallery during EventsU and the show. Back for 2023, a “Best in Show” will be selected. Recipients of this designation will win a free Certified Event Rental Professional (CERP) certification and be featured in an event profile story in Rental Management magazine.
