    ARA will arrange and pay for your reservations for Tuesday and Wednesday. You will simply need to provide a credit card at check-in for any incidentals. Requests for an extended stay must be coordinated ahead of time by contacting the association.

  • Travel Information

    There is not an airport shuttle but we recommend Uber as the airport is only 10 minutes from the resort. The average cost for this Uber trip is under $20.

    Thursday, Dec. 1 prior to 11:00am check out

    You will want to arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to your scheduled flight departure to allow plenty of time for security procedures.
