Haulotte implements new color code

Jan. 24, 2021

As part of a design and marketing approach aimed at strengthening graphic coherence throughout its people and material lifting equipment range, Haulotte, L’Horme, France, has modified the color trim and the marking of its machines. The company’s brand emblematic yellow remains unchanged. The usual light grey switches to a darker one to obtain a higher contrast. The scissor arms will be featured in dark grey.

All safety elements are painted red to locate them at a glance, the company says. The platform access elements are standardized in a dark color for better identification. The wheel rims turn black. Machine marking has been redesigned and it becomes monochrome in black or white characters, depending on the background. The working height is highlighted in the model designation thanks to a cartridge. New safety labels also are being rolled out to make it easier to read instructions. The color trim and marking switch is scheduled to start in early 2021 with the company’s Compact DX scissor lift range and will be progressively applied to all models.
