Free COVID-19 resources available through ARA’s HR Assistance Program

As more Americans receive the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine, employers may have questions on how it will impact them, their staff and their business. As part of a partnership, American Rental Association (ARA) members can access numerous COVID-19 resources provided by Ogletree Deakins — a legal firm with an HR focus.

A one-hour webinar, “Giving the COVID-19 Vaccination a Shot: What Employers Should Decide and Do Now,” addressing employers’ concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine is available to ARA members.

Ogletree Deakins also offers a COVID-19 Resource Center with the latest information regarding the virus and what it means for the workforce.

To access these resources, ARA members can visit ARArental.org/manage-business/HR, log in to the website and click the red “Human Resources Assistance Program” button on the page.

Once logged in, members will find helpful information on a variety of HR needs — including the complex issues surrounding COVID-19.
