Session one, “Becoming GREAT in the Workplace,” will provide attendees with the tools, techniques and concepts for reaching next-level performance. Session two, “How to Hire, Inspire and Retain Valuable Team Players,” will detail how to attract the right people, “must ask” interview questions, positively engage your workforce and methods to increase employee morale.
