R.W. Beckett Corporation integrates full burner diagnostic capability into mobile equipment telematics utilized in such industries as construction heating, concrete curing, ground thaw, and rental hydronic equipment. The Beckett GeniSys® 7565 and 7585 Advanced Oil Burner Control connects to the Xtellio Pro Xentral – Heat IQ to exclusively enable remote diagnostics from onsite equipment, enabling rental and construction teams to understand equipment issues without visiting the job site.
“Beckett is excited that the GeniSys® 7565 and 7585 are the unique solution to deliver their diagnostic capabilities through the Pro Xentral – Heat IQ. We’re proud to partner with Xtellio to bring value and labor savings to rental and construction equipment companies that depend on mobile equipment for
critical operations,” said Fred Hunt, Director of Sales and Marketing at R.W. Beckett.
The Pro Xentral – Heat IQ is compatible with equipment that incorporates a Beckett GeniSys® 7565 or 7585 controller. The compact cellular module reads and transmits diagnostics and fault codes, total run hours, on/off status, and other key data.
The GeniSys® 7565 and 7585 are Beckett’s most advanced burner controls and represent a key element of Beckett’s Tank-to-Flame™ system approach to high-performing, integrated oil fired solutions. Genisys® controls are compatible with burners running traditional fuels as well as the biofuels of today all the way to B100 and R100.
These controls are also compatible with the Beckett myTechnician® Ecosystem and App which can remotely monitor burner status, control timing, burner cycle history, and control variables, putting even more troubleshooting and programming power in the hands of onsite operators and technicians.
