ARA Foundation Mentoring Program

The ARA Foundation Mentoring program helps ARA members share knowledge and ideas, build a professional network, and aids less experienced members in gaining expertise. This program is open to all ARA members and is limited to 20 participants. We are seeking both Mentors and Mentees. 

Benefits of participating in the mentoring program may include:

  • Gaining or increasing knowledge of the industry
  • Enhancing leadership skills
  • Strategic career planning
  • Receive up to a one-time, $500 reimbursement for an in-person meeting between mentors and mentees

 

Applications for the 2024 mentoring program will be open in October 2023. The 2024 program year will begin in January 2024 and conclude December 2024.

How does it work?

Once ARA receives your Mentor or Mentee form our team will match you based on your interests. During your first meeting, the Mentor and Mentee should set measurable goals for the relationship and establish a regular meeting timeframe.
