Marilyn Anne Hawk, 83, of Silvis, Ill., formerly of Moline, Ill., died Aug. 18, 2008, at Clarissa Cook Hospice in Bettendorf, Iowa. Her husband, Leonard Hawk, was the first president of the American Rental Association (ARA). They were married Dec. 23, 1948. She enjoyed the traveling with her husband and the friendships made over the years while involved with the ARA. (
