Caterpillar; Tsurumi America

Caterpillar, Deerfield, Ill.: William (Billy) Ainsworth, group president of the Energy & Transportation (E&T) segment, which includes the Rail Division, Solar Turbines, Large Power Systems Division, Industrial Power Systems Division, Electric Power Division (EPD) and Caterpillar Oil & Gas and Marine Division (COGMD), will retire at the end of 2020. He will be succeeded by Joseph (Joe) Creed, currently vice president of the Caterpillar Oil & Gas and Marine and Electric Power Divisions. In addition, Ramin Younessi, group president of Construction Industries (CI), which includes the Earthmoving, Excavation, Building Construction Products (BCP), China Operations, Global Construction & Infrastructure and Strategic Procurement Divisions, as well as Global Rental and Used Equipment Services, will retire at the end of 2020. He will be succeed by Anthony (Tony) Fassino, currently vice president of the Building Construction Products Division.

Tsurumi America, Glendale Heights, Ill.: Christopher Bristol has been named municipal product sales manager for North America. In this newly created role, Bristol will use his vast experience in the water and pump industry to support Tsurumi’s regional sales team and distribution network in the implementation of the company’s newest product line, the AVANT™ Series. The new FM-approved explosion-proof pump line was designed to deliver efficiency and cost savings on a wide range of wastewater projects, especially in municipal and commercial sewage systems.
