Business Analysis Groups
Would you benefit from an opportunity to evaluate and improve your business's performance through an alliance with other ARA rental professionals? That’s the purpose of a Business Analysis Group.
Business Analysis Groups consist of owners or partners of noncompeting rental stores that have a similar size, volume and inventory mix. Through comparative analysis and open format discussions, peers help each other to benchmark their companies' structures and review key performance indicators, marketing strategies, personnel issues and more.
Business Analysis Groups typically consist of no more than 10 members, whose stores are located throughout the U.S. and Canada. Individuals in the group meet in person (generally twice per year) and communicate on a regular basis regarding various management and business practices.
The concept of Business Analysis Groups has been around for more than 50 years in other industries and is a proven program for success. ARA currently has nine active groups and is looking to develop several new groups.
How to join a Business Analysis Group
Complete and return an interest form. ARA will contact you when at least 10 qualifying members have been identified. The association also will help locate other resources to ensure the group’s success.
