Blaisdell is vice president/general manager of Bunce Rental, Tacoma, Wash., which has three rental divisions with seven locations throughout Pierce County in Washington State. He served as ARA's Region Eight Director from 2009-2012 and on the ARA Executive Committee since 2010. Blaisdell has also participated in The Rental Show Work Group and The Rental Show Task Force.

Flesher is president of Flesher Equipment Inc., which operates as Taylor Rentals in Vestal and Ithaca, NY. He served as ARA's Region One Director from 2005-2008, was an appointed member of the ARA Executive Commitee from 2007-2008 and served on several other ARA committees, including the Government Affairs Committee, which he chaired from 2009-2011.

Phelon is president of Timp Rental Center in Orem, Utah. He has served as ARA’s General Tool & Equipment Services Shared Interest Group and was an appointed member of the ARA Executive Committee from 2012-2013. Phelon has also served on the ARA Budget Committee and is a member of ARA’s Political Action Committee.

| Chris Wehrman is the third chief staff executive in the association’s nearly 56-year history, having held the post since 2000. Previous experience includes executive and managerial positions in the agriculture industry and federal government service. Prior to joining ARA, Wehrman served as Chief Executive Officer of the National Corn Growers Association, based in St. Louis, Mo. She is a graduate of Iowa State University and resides in Moline, Ill. Wehrman is a non-voting member of the ARA Board of Directors. |
